We are growing, so we’re looking for an awesome IT- Recruiter for our team in Cluj Napoca! Remote work possible! Parttime work is possible!

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or in a staffing agency);
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc. – a detailed technical interview will be supported by an IT expert);
• Strong skills in sourcing in the IT fields an in the communities of practice (for example LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow e.g.)
• Basic knowledge of IT-Technologies to conduct professional interviews with IT Professionals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
• Independent way of working,
• Extensive network
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is required for contact with our German customers. Good knowledge of German is very welcome
• Good MS Office Skills (Word / excel)

Job Description

What you will have to do:

• Work closely and partner with our clients in Germany and Romania to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications for each position;
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates;
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule;
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
  Develop good networking relationships with possible candidates within the community and JobTIXX to ensure a strong recruitment pipeline (Talentpool);
• Provide feedback and all the necessary details to candidates, in order to maintain a successful, long-lasting professional relationship.
